Mostly we use USPS, UPS and FedEx as our logistic and shipping carriers and our shipping is completely free of charge

How long does it takes to receive my order?
Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your location, estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.
How can I track my order?
Every order is provided a tracking number, you will be emailed a link to track you order. You can also track your order on our website by clicking "Track my order".
When will my tracking information appear?
Please allow 1-2 days for your tracking information to appear. Updates on your tracking information occur when your package is handed over to the next area of delivery, so if you tracking status has not changed in a few days it just means it is still in transit.
Why I can't track my order?

Why there is no change in my shipment status?
Updates on your tracking information occur when your package is handed over to the next area of delivery, so if your tracking status has not changed in a while, it just means it is still in transit and it will update at the next moment it is scanned.
Payment
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No. When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is included in the price, so you do not need to worry.
How can I pay for my order?
We offer safe shopping and accept payment via Credit card, Debit card, AMEX, VISA, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Discover. So you can choose the most suitable one for you. All products are listed in American Dollars (USD).

Can I change or cancel an order after I purchased it?
Yes, but you need to contact us within 24 hours at service@okwadoo.com or we cannot guarantee a cancellation or change. This is due to our fulfillment center likely having already sorted your order for shipping.
I entered the wrong email address, can I change it?
Please email us at service@okwadoo.com so we can update your email address so you receive order updates.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of your item arriving with you. Your purchase needs to be in it’s original condition to process a return. Return shipping is not included and is on the customer to pay. To start a return please contact us at service@okwadoo.com

First, please check your spam folder in case it ended up in there, if it's still not in there double check you provided us the correct email. To update your email reach out to support at service@okwadoo.com .
